Telsonic has introduced the TT7 Telsoterminal.
The new system is suitable for a wide range of ultrasonic metal welding applications, particularly in the fast-growing e-mobility sector, where demand for the highest level of quality and process control in cable assembly, contact part assembly and battery production is increasing.
The Telsoterminal TT7 incorporates the latest version of Telsonic's Powerwheel welding technology, which offers reliability and optimum process control when welding metal cables with cross-sections of up to 200 mmb. Other benefits include the TT7's new quick-change system, which enables tool changes in less than five minutes. The device also has standardized interfaces for digital networking and easy integration into production systems.
