mbo Osswald aims to set new standards in the world of fastening technology with its new sleeve configurator. This tool was developed to design individual components for different industries precisely and in line with requirements.
Sleeves are indispensable for ensuring exact spacing in complex constructions. They are also known as spacer sleeves, spacer rings, spacer tubes, bushes or spacer bushes. The configurator is an intuitive platform that allows users to customize and order sleeves according to individual specifications. It displays detailed information about each feature of the sleeve including product details, 3D model, technical drawings, test certificates, express manufacturing option and dynamic pricing. Users can select many features, such as material, surface finish, shank diameter, length, collar and wall thickness. After selecting the desired specifications, the configurator immediately provides all information on the component, including price, delivery time, sketch and 3D model. Pricing is flexible and scales with the quantity ordered, giving the user complete control over the configuration and costs.
