DIN-ISO standardized cylinders from Norelem
Pneumatic cylinder with piston rod
The Norelem range now also includes pneumatic cylinders in accordance with DIN ISO 15552, DIN ISO 21287 and DIN ISO 6432.
The standard, compact and round cylinders are suitable for numerous applications and a wide variety of installation methods. All items are double-acting pneumatic cylinders.
The standard cylinder in accordance with DIN ISO 15552 is available with piston diameters from 32 to 80 mm and stroke lengths from 25 to 250 mm. Thanks to its construction-optimized design, 20 percent of the material can be saved in the production of this cylinder. The cylinder tube is made of anodized aluminium, the piston rod of hard-chrome-plated tempered steel. The piston rod with external thread has position detection and adjustable pneumatic damping. The robust design of these standard cylinders enables a wide range of applications.
The compact cylinder to DIN ISO 21287 is available with either an internal or external thread and is available with piston diameters of 20 to 40 millimetres and stroke lengths of 10 to 50 mm. The compact cylinder to DIN ISO 21287 is equipped with position detection for proximity switches and elastic damping on both sides. The cylinder tube is made of anodized aluminium and the piston rod is made of stainless steel. The compact cylinder is particularly suitable for use in tight installation spaces.
Like the compact cylinder, the round cylinder in accordance with DIN ISO 6432 also has position detection for proximity switches and elastic damping on both sides. The round cylinder has piston diameters from 10 to 25 mm and stroke lengths from 10 to 200 mm; the material is stainless steel. The round cylinder is also characterized by standardized fitting accuracy. Pneumatic round cylinders are ideal for applications with lower loads or forces and can also be installed without fastening elements.
All three double-acting pneumatic cylinders can be operated with filtered, dried air as well as lubricated or unlubricated. They are suitable for ambient conditions with a temperature range of -20 to 80 °C.
