Digital twin in battery production

Faster to more powerful batteries

The battery factory of the future is increasingly working digitally: simulations accompany the development of new cells, and intelligent sensors monitor production in real time. Researchers at the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Mathematics ITWM are developing methods that virtually map manufacturing processes and measure important parameters during production. The experts will be presenting their solutions for more stable production processes and more powerful batteries at the Battery Show Europe 2026.

Optimum energy distribution

Operating commercial vehicles efficiently with high-voltage distributors

High-voltage distribution units (HV PDUs) from Rose Systemtechnik enable the efficient operation of electrical construction machinery, commercial and municipal vehicles. The HV PDUs ensure optimum power distribution between the vehicle's high-voltage components. Robust housings made of stainless steel, polyester or aluminum protect the electronics of the systems from external influences.
