How do I get data from a system, machine or field device safely to the place where it is processed? Answers are provided by 60 member companies of Profibus & Profinet International (PI).
Developments and innovations relating to Profibus and Profinet, IO-Link, omlox, MTP and NOA as well as the SRCI robot interface will be presented. Whether high-motion applications or the integration of additional information from cameras - the reliable provision of data is the be-all and end-all and is becoming increasingly important in the OT world. A lot of additional knowledge is now stored in clouds or at the edge. Data is delivered in different ways, which requires broad knowledge of communication technology as well as safety applications, security, data analytics and energy management.
