Parameter test as standard
ACI Laser GmbH offers its customers support in the form of a parameter test for the optimum adjustment of the laser system to the material to be marked. This application, which is integrated into the in-house Magic Mark marking software, is used to mark a workpiece to the optimum quality and to find the right parameters as quickly and efficiently as possible. The user-friendly tool can be used on all materials and works with every ACI laser system.
The user is guided through the process completely intuitively. After preselecting the material to be marked (e.g. metal, plastic, etc.), parameter presets are loaded depending on the laser type, which are refined in a multi-stage, iterative process to produce an optimum marking result. A parameter matrix is output in which the user selects the best individual result. The laser parameters found in this way are saved directly in a parameter database and can therefore be reused at any time for new job files to be created.
This procedure saves valuable set-up time and ensures consistently high-quality marking results without the operator having to deal with the physical characteristics of the laser.
The parameter test is integrated into the Magic Mark marking software as standard and is always included with the purchase of a laser system.
Magic Mark enables the marking of texts, graphics, codes such as DataMatrix or barcodes, serial numbers, logos, edge-free circumferential marking on rotationally symmetrical workpieces and real grayscale images on plastics. Intelligent rights management supports the creation of different user groups. This allows the system to be tailored to the respective user requirements.
