After all-purpose comes best-purpose!
The WypAll® best-purpose wipes™ from Kimberly-Clark Professional™ offer optimized wipe solutions for the industrial sector. The X70 PowerClean™ is resistant to solvents and cleaning agents, while the X80 PowerClean™ picks up chips from heavy soiling without damaging surfaces.
In industrial environments, all-purpose cleaning cloths appear to be a practical solution, but they have significant weaknesses, especially when it comes to stubborn soiling such as oil stains, soot or solvents. Many of these wipes are designed for light cleaning work and do not have sufficient absorption capacity. They often only spread the oil or grease instead of absorbing it. They also often fail when it comes to solvents, which need to be removed quickly and without leaving any residue.
In addition, many all-purpose wipes can only be used once, which increases material consumption and waste. Kimberly-Clark Professional™ therefore offers the Best Purpose Wipes™ product portfolio, which contains cleaning wipes specially optimized for different types of soiling.
Light cleaning tasks can be completed 25 percent faster with the WypAll® L40 cleaning cloths. Thanks to their soft texture and high absorbency, they are gentle on hands and surfaces. Hydroknit technology ensures that the wipes remain tear-resistant and durable even when wet.
The X70 PowerClean™ cloths are ideal for oil and grease stains. They are hard-wearing and bind dirt and oil particles without tearing. These cloths can be reused up to ten times, which reduces the amount of waste.
WypAll® X80 PowerClean™ cloths are ideal for cleaning demanding surfaces such as machines and tools. They remove metal chips and abrasion particles without damaging the surfaces. The cloths are particularly tear-resistant and can absorb large quantities of swarf and grease.
The Best Purpose Wipes™ series offers flexible storage and dispensing options, such as rolls with central dispensing, quarter-folded in hygienic packaging or pluck boxes. This prevents waste and promotes sustainability within the company. The combination of efficient cleaning performance and purpose-specific performance increases safety in the workplace and prevents production downtime by completely removing all contaminants in industrial areas.
Kimberly-Clark Professional™ goes back to the paper manufacturer Kimberly-Clark, founded in Wisconsin in 1872. The company is best known as the inventor of the first disposable handkerchief, which has been marketed under the brand name Kleenex® since 1924. Kimberly-Clark now concentrates on the manufacture of hygiene products, primarily from paper. A distinction is made between two business areas: While Kimberly-Clark Consumer Business sells products for private consumption - including diapers, tissues and sanitary towels - Kimberly-Clark Professional™ deals with the development and manufacture of solutions for the B2B sector. The company also provides advice on how to make workplaces safer, healthier and more productive. This is supported by well-known brands such as Kleenex®, Scott®, WypAll®, Kimtech® and KleenGuard®. Kimberly-Clark Professional™ is part of the international, listed Kimberly-Clark Corporation, which currently employs around 42,000 people at 90 locations on all continents.
