ROVEMA CBF - the most flexible feeding technology from Rovema
Until now, bulk material dosing and feeding processes were largely excluded from efforts to achieve flexibility down to batch size 1. The award-winning solution opens up completely new possibilities here by eliminating the link between the dosing and filling process and introducing a variable distribution level. A linear motor-driven shuttle system creates portion-by-portion variance between different dosing systems with different filling materials and one or more forming, filling and closing machines. This opens up a wide range of possible combinations, which are controlled by the product range of the respective packaging machine as required. The technical implementation is innovative, compact and scalable.
