The digital workflow, from ordering and administration via online app to tool-free production, has created a new concept for the production of folding cartons in small to medium batch sizes. The folding cartons are printed in 7-color mode and die-cut by laser. Video-based inspection during the gluing process is used to carry out a 100% check and thus guarantee high quality. A digital Braille application and the serialization of folding boxes are also possible. This means that the requirements of the pharmaceutical market and other sectors are met. The convincing concept is rounded off by a smart shipping system by parcel service providers with very short delivery times.
