Blickle presents solutions for in-plant transportation. Highlights include the electric drive systems from the Ergomove series. They simplify the movement of heavy loads and thus support the ergonomic working methods of employees.
The Ergomove family comprises the EM1000, EM2000 and EM2000T systems. EM1000 can be installed via plug and play and is suitable for speeds of up to four kilometers per hour. It is equipped with an ergonomic handle with integrated control and exchangeable batteries.
The Ergomove 2000 model is used for trolleys, systems and machines with a total weight of up to 2,000 kilograms. The set consists of two electrically driven fixed castors, a cockpit, two grab handles with a choice of one or two rotary encoders and a control box with integrated battery. If the drive system is used for trailers and transport trolleys that are to be towed in addition to manual operation, the Ergomove 2000T variant with energy recovery is available. as
