Dorner Europe is now producing the 2200 MB plastic modular chain conveyor belt in Germany.
The flat and inclined conveyor belt with aluminum frame and plastic modular chain developed in the USA is now also available for the European market. With its slim design, it is suitable for integration into machines and systems. The 2200 MB is suitable for handling small to medium-sized parts weighing up to 70 kilograms for a wide range of applications. The state-of-the-art plastic modular chain conveyor is equipped with an integrated drive shaft and closed chain return.
The user can easily clean the plastic modular chains. The conveyor belt is resistant to chemicals and particularly hard-wearing. The 2200 MB plastic modular chain conveyor belt is manufactured in Jülich and can be made to measure. In addition to the standard belt load of up to 70 kilograms, the manufacturer lists further technical specifications: belt speeds of up to 76 meters per minute, belt widths of 76 to 610 millimeters and belt lengths of 457 to 9,144 millimeters. A micro-pitch chain and modular chains for sharp-edged metalworking applications are available as options.
