Linear unit with ball screw drive from Item
Precise and dynamic
The new KGT 6 60 linear unit from Item is characterized by precision, positioning accuracy, high propulsion force, safety, flexibility and a stroke of up to 2,600 mm.
It has a compact housing and the ball screw drive with precision spindle ensures high positioning accuracy and prevents uncontrolled movements of the slide. Mechanical coding on the inside of the axis supports the spindle at every stroke length and in every slide position.
The linear unit from Item is low-maintenance and enables continuous operation. The maximum speed is 1 m/s, the maximum acceleration is 15 m/s². The slide is designed for an operating load of up to 1,000 N and offers a repeat accuracy of 0.01 mm. The spindle drive enables precise movement of tools and workpieces along the linear axis. The linear unit can also be used in 2D and 3D gantries with multiple axes.
