With the BSCL (Ball Rail System Compact Line) ball rail guides, Bosch Rexroth is expanding its portfolio with a high-quality linear guide that can be used for a wide range of applications.

The new product family for medium performance ranges complements the BSHP high-precision series and is suitable for economical use in assembly and handling, woodworking and feed axes of machine tools. With six sizes from 15 to 45, six carriage designs, three preload classes and three accuracy classes N, H and P, the series covers a wide range of applications.

The load capacity C100dyn is up to 79,200 N, the maximum speed is 5 m/s. With the BSCL, Bosch Rexroth closes the gap between high-precision ball rail guides and simple guides, such as ball bushing or roller guides. Users can shorten the profile rails to the desired dimensions using simple tools.
