Adjustable clutch for servo drives
KBK is presenting a servo-compatible, length-adjustable metal bellows coupling at Motek.
It is adjusted without tools. It therefore retains the characteristics of a servo clutch and transmits the torque precisely and backlash-free. Previously, couplings of this type always had increased backlash, making it impossible to connect them to a servo drive. The functional principle can be implemented with all clutches from the KBK modular system.
The company will also be showcasing additional sizes and variants of the KB6P and KB8P plug-in metal bellows couplings at its stand. There is also the new KB4K series with compact bellows and high torques. In the area of metal bellows couplings in half-shell design, KBK now offers sizes 800 and 1400. All versions of the elastomer couplings are now also available in sizes 42 and 48.
