Maintenance of tools up to 2 tons
With the compact Centrick turn-tilt manipulator, Roemheld is primarily targeting companies that maintain tools and molds. With its help, loads of up to 2,000 kg can be rotated endlessly and steplessly and tilted by up to 90°.
The component is always moved close to the center of gravity and its height changes only insignificantly. This is achieved by an innovative concept with cleverly arranged articulated arms and enables ergonomic working. The compact manipulator can be moved as required and brought into a permanently stable assembly position using holding brakes. Two versions are available, up to 500 kg or up to 2,000 kg load, each of which is available in three variants: either controlled via a manual button, with electronic height adjustment or with a programmable controller for sequence-controlled series production.
