Energy management
ISO-certified energy efficiency
ISO 50003 is a supplementary standard that specifies to auditors and certifiers how efficiency measures at companies are to be evaluated. According to this standard, companies must demonstrate the continuous improvement of their energy efficiency in order to be certified according to ISO 50001 or to maintain the existing certificate.
With open standards and numerous interfaces, the solutions from Econ Solutions enable the integration of data from MDE/BDE and ERP systems as well as any measured values and use them to create meaningful key figures. This means that companies comply with ISO 50003 and have a basis for production and process optimization as well as predictive maintenance. The new features of the econ3 energy management software include order and batch evaluation, which can be used to assess the energy efficiency of different orders for a product. The software makes it possible to compare the energy consumption of different time periods. To monitor all optimization measures, the measures tool lists each action with start and end date, status, costs and expected savings and provides a graphical before and after view. In addition to the usual evaluations, management and special reports such as spectral analysis, Sankey diagrams, cost andCO2 conversions are also available. All components are manufacturer-independent and conform to ISO 50001 and ISO 50003. am
