Recompressor
Compact, quiet and frequency-controlled
Kaeser boosters with a drive power of 22 to 45 kW are now available as compact, space-saving, low-vibration and low-noise complete systems.
They will also be frequency-controlled in future. Optimized cooling will further reduce system and energy costs.
The new Sigma Frequency Control drive function ensures that the downstream compressor adapts better to the upstream capacity of the preceding compressor on the input side. The integrated Sigma Control 2 controller with special booster software allows connection to higher-level control systems via Ethernet. The new design as a complete system requires only around 2.3 m² of floor space and makes maintenance easier. The boosters are supplied ready for electrical connection.
