This includes the new Ti-Kong titanium machining tool. In addition, AMB offers the company the opportunity to present SonicShark to the general public for the first time. This is a system for inline quality control. With the help of structure-borne sound sensors and an adaptive AI, the system detects anomalies in production processes, identifies material inhomogeneities and "hears" the onset of tool wear. This saves time in quality assurance, enables more efficient tool use and predictive maintenance.

For each industry, Hufschmied focuses on tools that demonstrate the potential for process optimization. For tool and mold making, this is the Graftor, a roughing/finishing tool for the production of graphite erosion electrodes.
