German industry has been struggling with a decline in production since the beginning of the year. The weakening automotive industry in particular is causing uncertainty in tool, pattern and mold making. It is now important for companies to make well-founded strategic decisions. German industry is strongly driven by the automotive industry. If this sector weakens, the decline will spread like a rat's tail through its supplier industries. The tool, pattern and mold making industry is also tied to the automotive industry and is now faced with the question of how it can and should continue in the future. In order to help them with their strategic decisions, Marktspiegel Werkzeugbau eG was founded and officially entered in the register of cooperatives in May. As a member of the Baden-Württembergischer Genossenschaftsverband e.V., the cooperative has full legal capacity. In its voluntary work, the Board of Directors pursues the overriding goal of keeping tool, pattern and mold making competitive in German-speaking countries.
The focus here is on a holistic company analysis with the aim of creating a company comparison, market transparency and recommendations for action. After all, dealing with the core issues of one's company, identifying areas for optimization and creating a basis for entrepreneurial decisions are essential parameters of future-oriented corporate management for the cooperative.
Participants receive an individual report that shows the current status of the company and provides appropriate recommendations for action. The main benefits are the creation of transparency and comparability, the derivation of specific recommendations for action, the recognition of industry trends, the provision of a valid basis for future decisions and the strengthening of the industry.
