"In cooperation with Grob, we will be showing some of our tools live under chip removal on a G150," says Frank Stäbler, Sales Director DACH-HU. Among other things, tools from the field of aluminum machining and Mapal Uniq chucks will be on display on the machine.

Mapal's other exhibition space is reserved for the focus topics of e-mobility, fluid technology and tool and mold making as well as titanium machining.

E-mobility: solutions for different processing stages

"We have defined the Basic, Performance and Expert solution levels for sophisticated components that will be produced in large quantities in the future," explains Stäbler. This classification describes the different approaches depending on requirements, quantities and investment. The Performance line is geared towards series production and focuses on machining with special tools. It is primarily used when new components need to be manufactured efficiently and economically on existing systems.

Tool and mold making: complete machining from a single source

As a technology partner, Mapal offers tool and mold makers not only a high level of process expertise but also technologically leading tools and services. "We will be showcasing our portfolio at the trade fair and underlining how we guarantee maximum precision, long tool life and, above all, process reliability with our tools," says Frank Stäbler. The tool range will be complemented by the appropriate clamping technology and various services relating to process optimization and networked production - all from a single source.

Titanium machining: Two new milling cutters for the best results

Two efficient milling tools have been added to the Mapal range for titanium machining. The five-edged OptiMill-Tro-Titan trochoidal milling cutter is characterized by maximum metal removal rates and boasts outstanding surfaces thanks to the unequal pitch of the cutting edges. The radial high-feed milling cutter NeoMill-4-HiFeed90 stands for high productivity and is characterized by maximum stock removal rates, very high feed rates and large cutting depths.

"We are looking forward to presenting our solutions to trade fair visitors in Leipzig and discussing their specific tasks in direct talks," concludes Frank Stäbler.
