According to the company, the tool is particularly suitable for pocket, face, contour and turn milling. The Mill 4 Feed is available in diameters from 22 to 160 mm and in insert sizes of 9 mm, 12 mm and 17 mm. The inserts are radially embedded and allow inclined plunging as well as drilling cicular milling. A positive rake angle and cooling from the inside into the cutting zone are further features of the tool.

In addition to the Mill 4 Feed, Iscar is also presenting the new Logiq 8 Tang tangential face milling cutter, which can be used to produce 90° shoulders. The tool is available in diameters of 32 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, 63 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm and 125 mm. The eight right-hand cutting edges are clamped tangentially like a dovetail. This arrangement minimizes the tensile forces on the fastening screw. ag
