Grippers for small and large items
As a specialist in pneumatic automation, IAI Industrieroboter is expanding its range of freely programmable electric grippers. The new products include a two-point lifting magnet gripper for small parts assembly.
It is available in two versions: the smallest version of this gripper enables maximum gripping forces of ten newtons and the larger version of 20 newtons. Both versions have a stroke of four millimetres and weigh 160 and 270 grams respectively. Only one cable is required for the power supply and sensor signals, which makes installation in complex systems simple and safe during operation. The grippers take just 0.03 seconds to open and close. They are used wherever delicate small parts need to be picked up and moved safely and in an energy-saving manner. pb
