The Italian manufacturer Adelsystem, which Hy-Line Power Components has added to its range, offers industrial power supplies with greater flexibility.
Single-, two- or three-phase mains connection, up to 300 percent overload capacity for high starting currents and simple parallel connection are the features.
The power supply units in the Flex series offer maximum output currents of 3 to 40 A at 5, 12, 24 or 48 V DC output voltage. In addition to the 115/230 V AC input, they are also available in three-phase for 400 to 500 V AC and in two-phase with 230, 400 or 500 V AC.
Up to 150 percent of the rated power can still be called up for up to three minutes at ambient temperatures of 60 °C. This ensures safe tripping of thermal or magnetomechanical overload protection devices and behavior in accordance with EN60204-1.
