Weidmüller strengthens its presence with a technical sales office for customers in southern Germany. The office in Ulm primarily serves as a location for training courses, events and meetings that are held for and with customers.

The new Weidmüller sales office in Ulm serves primarily as a customer and communication platform.

Customer proximity is a decisive factor for successful sales work with complex electronic products, automation and digitalization solutions. Weidmüller has therefore focused on proximity to its southern German customers. The focus of sales activities is on understanding the customer, developing solutions together with them and thereby creating added value for them.

Individual training sessions and personal discussions will take place in the well-equipped and light-flooded rooms of the sales office. The company intends to bundle comprehensive consulting expertise on the topics of Industry 4.0, automation / digitalization and networking, as well as innovative products and services relating to enclosure construction. With process-supporting services in all phases of enclosure construction, customers should achieve added value - from planning and installation to ongoing operation. A tailor-made and cost-efficient result is the top priority, e.g. an enclosure design optimized in terms of installation space and costs or a reduction in service costs by means of predictive maintenance through the use of industrial analytics.
