Top Employer Germany for eleven years
The Friedhelm Loh Group is once again "Top Employer Germany". This is the eleventh time in a row that the Top Employers Institute has recognized the family-owned company.
For the eleventh time in a row, the Top Employers Institute has certified the Group as one of the top employers in Germany. "We are proud to have once again been named a Top Employer," says Andreas Huck, Managing Director for Controlling, Finance, IT and HR at the Friedhelm Loh Group: "All managers are also required to continue to optimize the framework for top performance by creating space in which employees can develop both professionally and personally."
Since 1991, the Top Employers Institute has been recognizing employers worldwide who continuously work on optimizing HR processes and structures in order to create optimal conditions for employees.
Focus on further training
The Loh Group has its own in-house training facility. The Loh Academy stands for training, further education and personnel development. For example, it supports the digital transformation of work processes. Employees learn how people, machines and digital processes work together in accordance with Industry 4.0 and implement what they have learned directly at their workplace.
The Academy places a particular focus on young talent. Both trainees and dual students on the StudiumPlus program at the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen receive intensive support from the Loh Academy.
In view of the increasing networking in the world of work, the topic of further development will remain an important task in the coming years.
