Teamtechnik is "TOP Employer 2018"
For the fourth time in a row, plant engineering company Teamtechnik is one of the TOP employers in Germany. This year, the company has once again subjected its personnel management to the strict assessment of the "TOP Employer Institute". The coveted award was accepted by Teamtechnik employees at the Rheinterrassen in Düsseldorf on February 13, 2018.
The independent certification institute, headquartered in Amsterdam, honors the world's outstanding employers in the field of human resources every year. The "TOP Employers" certification is awarded to companies that have proven that they meet the highest standards in human resources management. The award comes at the end of a multi-stage assessment process. It covers areas such as talent strategy, integration of new employees, training and development, management development, career and personnel planning, remuneration and corporate culture.
The "TOP Employer 2018" award proves that Teamtechnik can demonstrate outstanding achievements in terms of employee orientation. Examples include the induction program for new employees, which lasts several months and is supported by mentors, as well as the wide range of further training opportunities for specialists and managers. This also includes the company's own health program with various sports groups and childcare for working parents at the headquarters in Freiberg.
