Software AG: Dr. Elke Frank appointed Chief Human Resources Officer

The Supervisory Board of Software AG has appointed Dr. Elke Frank as the new Chief Human Resources Officer effective August 1, 2019. She will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, including talent management, personnel development and cultural transformation in connection with the new strategy of putting employees at the center.

With the appointment of Dr. Elke Frank, the Management Board has been expanded to include the role of Chief Human Resources Officer for the first time. This emphasizes the importance of the role that HR plays in implementing the company's growth strategy. Dr. Frank will use her extensive international experience to lead a global HR team and ensure that the company promotes and maintains a working culture that attracts the best employees and offers them the greatest possible development opportunities.
