Norelem sponsors Mercedes Cup
Norelem is supporting the Mercedes Cup 2018 as an official partner. The tennis tournament takes place right in the company's neighborhood - it attracts international tennis greats to Stuttgart every year and is one of the sporting highlights in Baden-Württemberg.
The Mercedes Cup, which takes place in Stuttgart from June 9 to 17, is one of the most traditional and important tennis tournaments in Germany and will be held for the 102nd time in 2018. The tournament, which was held on clay for a long time, has been played on grass since 2015 and has gained in importance as an important part of the "Road to Wimbledon" as a result of this change.
"We sponsor the Mercedes Cup because of our connection to the Stuttgart region and the companies based here. Creativity and dynamism are not only relevant for success in tennis, but also in business," says Marcus Schneck, Managing Director of Norelem. "We are delighted to support a local event with a very international field of players."
The range of players at this year's Mercedes Cup is exciting - alongside top stars such as Roger Federer, up-and-coming talents such as Chung Hyeon are also demonstrating their skills. This is also in line with Norelem's principles: the company is active in promoting talent - including with the Norelem Academy.
