KHS: Change in the management

With over 5,000 employees, KHS, Dortmund, is part of the Salzgitter Group's fast-growing Technology Business Unit. Salzgitter AG intends to further expand the "Technology" business unit as part of its "Strategy 2021".

In order to implement KHS' own growth strategy while simultaneously strengthening its internal performance, the global plant and machinery manufacturer for applications in the beverage filling and packaging industry has developed the company-wide "KHS Future" program of measures. As part of the company's realignment, Prof. E. h. Dr.-Ing. Johann Grabenweger, responsible for Sales and Service, is leaving the company by mutual agreement. The Supervisory Board would like to thank Prof. Grabenweger for his 13 years of successful work in production, research and development and, most recently, in sales and service, which has grown by around a third in recent years.

Until a successor is finally appointed, the Chairman of the KHS Management Board, Mr. Burkhard Becker, will be responsible for the "Sales and Service" division. kp
