"The idea was obvious. We have been taking our converted truck to prospective customers for years to present our range of tools. The vehicle is at customers' premises for several weeks a year for presentations - so why not use it for other Häwa products too?" says Managing Director Arno Müller and sees two advantages to the idea: "We can drive directly to our customers and then - much better than at a trade fair - have the opportunity to show and explain our developments and discuss new projects directly."

The company from Wain does not just offer control cabinets, enclosures and machine housings off the shelf, but designs each product according to the end user's specifications.

On the road from September
The show truck will be traveling through Germany, Switzerland and Austria from September until the beginning of December, presenting the X-frame machine frame and its possible applications. These include, for example, laser protection, robotics, door systems, applications in the hygiene sector and swivel-mounted control cabinets. The system was developed in such a way that all attachments and cables can be accommodated in the frame of the machine frame. "We are very proud of this," says Managing Director Arno Müller, "because we have consistently taken the machine frame concept further and adapted it to the requirements of the future."

Being able to explain this principle directly at the customer's doorstep also offers the opportunity to further develop the X-frame product immediately. Arno Müller: "With every contact with professionals from the field, we get new suggestions, ideas and tips to make the machine frame even better."
