Turck was ranked 83rd out of 1,000 candidates in the Germany-wide overall ranking. The family-owned company's position in the "Electronics and Electrical Engineering" sector ranking is even better. Turck took fifth place there.

"The award confirms that our continuous work to keep Turck attractive as an employer and to make it increasingly attractive is bearing fruit. Especially with our current growth, this is a particular challenge," says Turck Managing Director Christian Pauli. Daniela Leppler, Head of Human Resources at the Mülheim site, is particularly pleased "that so many employees recommend Turck as an employer. This is also a good argument in the competition for the employees of tomorrow."

In order to determine the 1,000 top national employers, the market research institute Statista analyzed more than 127,000 employer reviews - these were taken from an independent online survey, a survey of Xing members and current Kununu data. The decisive factor was whether employees would recommend their own employer to others. The previous year's data was also included in the calculation with a slight weighting. The employers named in the top lists are recognized as "Top National Employers 2018". as
