Dassault Systèmes enters into partnership with Pepperl+Fuchs

Dassault Systèmes has announced a partnership with Pepperl+Fuchs. The aim of the collaboration is to jointly tackle the challenges facing the automation industry in the coming years and to develop innovative solutions.

Pepperl+Fuchs uses the3DExperience platform from Dassault Systèmes to continuously optimize its product lifecycle management and product portfolio management. As a single source of truth, the cloud-based platform ensures a continuous flow of information across the entire innovation chain and serves as a digital link between the data silos. On this basis, all those involved can make well-founded decisions.

In addition, the family-run medium-sized company from Mannheim will be one of the few companies in Europe to be in close contact with Dassault Systèmes' Research & Development department. In this context, the two partners will work together on business models for the digital economy.

Strengthening Germany as an industrial location

Pepperl+Fuchs is also making a contribution to the international Manufacturing-X initiative. The aim is to create a digitally networked industry. This should make German industry more sustainable, more resilient and more competitive. The 3DEXPERIENCE platform in the cloud will support Pepperl+Fuchs in promoting intelligent innovations and introducing new AI-based applications quickly and easily in the future.
