Atlas Copco: Erik Felle is the new Managing Director in Bretten
Erik Felle has been Managing Director of Atlas Copco IAS in Bretten since September 1. He is responsible for the business of the Central and Southwest Europe customer center in the Industrial Assembly Solutions (IAS) division.
He takes over the position from Jürgen Dennig, who is now responsible for business in the Electronics segment worldwide as Vice President Electronics in the IAS division.
Erik Felle was born in 1969 and has been with the company for over 20 years. He has managed the business of Atlas Copco Tools Central Europe in Essen since 2007. Until 2011, he was responsible for the success of screwdriving technology and assembly systems in the Automotive division in Central Europe, and since then in the General Industry division.
As before, the management of Atlas Copco IAS in Bretten will be completed by Olaf Leonhardt and Dieter Eltschkner. Leonhardt is responsible for sales and marketing at divisional level. Eltschkner is responsible for all business at the Bretten production site and is also legally responsible for the Geretsried production site. Bonding and dispensing systems are developed and manufactured in Bretten, while flow drilling systems are produced in Geretsried.
