COO Jochen Heier leaves
Change in the Management Board at Lenze
Jochen Heier, member of the Executive Board and Chief Operating Officer at Lenze since January 1, 2018, has resigned from his position on the Executive Board by mutual agreement as of April 30 and will take on new responsibilities outside the company in the future.
Christian Wendler, Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of Lenze since April 2013, will take over the role of COO on an interim basis with immediate effect. The Executive Board will continue to consist of Frank Maier as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Dr. Achim Degner as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

As Chief Operating Officer, he has made an important contribution to the realignment of his department over the past two years. We wish him all the best for the future," said Dr. Michael Paul, Chairman of the Supervisory and Family Board.
