Check SD cards with vacuum
Witte Barskamp provides a gentle and reproducible workpiece clamping system in the form of a special vacuum multiple clamping device for testing standard SD memory cards.
32 SD cards can be positioned or aligned on a special passe-partout. The passe-partout is then guided to the correct position by means of two permanently installed stops so that the SD cards are placed on the respective clamping surfaces. The mount can simply be placed on the base of the clamping device so that it does not interfere with the measurement.
By actuating the valve, all SD cards are now fixed precisely and securely for the measurement process at the same time. Once the measurement has been completed, the passe-partout and SD cards can be removed again. as
