Reworking large 3D printed parts

Joke Technology is bringing the Eneska Postprocess 5.0 workstation to the trade fair. It supports the post-processing of printed components.

The station has been in the Joke range since 2019 and has now been fundamentally enhanced. In the closed work area of the new version, 3D components can be safely reworked via sealed manual inlets. Depending on requirements, users can equip it with many practical electric and pneumatic tools, for example for cutting, grinding or deburring. The corresponding connections are available in the working chamber. Tools from the Joke portfolio as well as from third-party suppliers can be used.

The powders and dusts produced during processing are extracted, filtered to suit the material and safely collected for disposal; this prevents damage to health from inhaling these substances.
