These include the TruPrint 5000, the TruPrint 3000 with industrial parts and powder management and the TruPrint 1000, which are based on the LMF process, short for Laser Metal Fusion. In this process, a laser melts metal powder layer by layer. Based on a CAD model, a component is created from a powder bed.
Trumpf is also announcing a new member of the TruPrint family at the trade fair. According to the company, it will be based on a new machine concept that enables a high level of cost-effectiveness. Trade visitors will be able to see the machine live in action and see for themselves.
