Repair STL and scan data

With the latest version of the 3D printing software 4D_Additive from CoreTechnologie, 3D scan data and other STL files can be transformed and simplified into closed solids in the shortest possible time using a so-called "Marching Cube" function.

The new function makes it possible to automatically correct any type of triangulated 3D models and prepare them for 3D printing. The new function saves the user manual repair work. The Marching Cube function combines voxelization of the parts with their repair, whereby the size and fineness of the voxel are defined by the user. After voxelization, a closed 3D mesh is generated. The 4D_Additive software thus repairs models with hundreds and thousands of triangulation errors fully automatically within a few seconds.
