Stratasys, a provider of 3D polymer printing and additive manufacturing solutions, has introduced the F3300 3D printer based on Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology. This printer offers manufacturing customers unprecedented value through reduced labor, maximized uptime, improved part quality and higher throughput. The F3300 aims to be the most sophisticated industrial 3D printer on the market. With its design and advanced features, it will change the way additive manufacturing is used in the most demanding industries such as aerospace, automotive, government/military and service bureaus. The F3300 is expected to be available from 2024.

The most important advances that enable users to open up new areas of production are higher printing speeds by accelerating gantry drives, higher part quality and yields thanks to greater accuracy and repeatability of up to 25 percent, and automatic printer calibration. Optimized uptime results from device monitoring, a redundant extruder and a user-friendly interface. With this next-generation additive manufacturing system, customers can scale production without having to make major compromises between additive and traditional manufacturing solutions. With the F3300, users can accelerate product development through faster innovation and overcome production hurdles.
