New technologies for 3D printing
Stratasys is using Formnext to showcase a wide range of new technologies, printers, materials and software. At the same time, the company continues to pursue its strategy of using polymer 3D printing solutions to move from single prototyping to high-volume mass production.
Among other things, the company is showing the F770 FDM 3D printer for the first time in Europe. This latest FDM 3D printer is suitable for large components. It has a long, fully heated build chamber and a generous build volume of almost 0.4 cubic meters. Stratasys wants to make realistic prototyping possibilities more accessible. One example of this is the J35 Pro and J55 Prime multi-material 3D printers, which were launched earlier this year. The J35 Pro is the first of its kind to come from Stratasys. The J55 Prime enables the use of new, versatile materials that offer tactile, textual and sensory possibilities in addition to full-color printing.
