This allows cleanrooms to be designed according to individual ideas and requirements. Whether machine enclosure or workstation system - customized solutions can be implemented with little effort.
Cleanroom equipment varies depending on the industry and product. Standard systems and prefabricated solutions often reach their limits. Systems that are bolted together, have a modular design and can be flexibly adapted offer clear advantages. Based on the classic workstation system for manual production, Item enables rapid adaptation to cleanroom environments. The cleanroom workstation consists of a variably selectable ESD table top, a certified height-adjustable base frame, storage areas and lights.
Closed grooves and cables integrated into the profiles ensure a workstation with smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces. Additional components from the modular system can be added to this workstation at any time. With the help of the Filter Fan Unit (FFU), laminar flow boxes can now be constructed that represent a locally delimited clean room and are ready for immediate use. The laminar flow boxes can also be selected in different sizes and configurations.
