Marking head for easy integration
The MV5 U65/30 Integral needle marking head is the first marking head from Markator with an integrated control unit. The cabling previously required between the marking head and control unit is no longer necessary and no space is required for an external control unit in the control cabinet.
Thanks to its compact design and the use of the latest manufacturing technologies and materials, the needle embosser weighs only around 3 kg. It can therefore be easily mounted on a robot arm - even where space is limited. Despite the small device volume, the integration unit has a large marking field of 65 x 30 mm. As the marking needle is driven electromagnetically, no compressed air supply is required. sw
