The Viadat warehouse management system from Viastore Software manages and controls all intralogistics processes, from goods receipt to production, assembly and shipping, and makes them more efficient. The system can be easily configured to meet individual customer requirements, is easy to use and supports all the tasks that Industry 4.0 places on intralogistics. With the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Hydra, MPDV Mikrolab offers a system for production control and real-time production monitoring.

On 80 square meters, the experts from viastore and MPDV will be on hand to assist trade fair visitors with their expertise on Viadat and Hydra and the connection of the two systems. The coordinated processes of WMS and MES enable companies to network material flows across traditional boundaries by integrating processes in logistics and production. In addition, they benefit from lower circulating stocks and therefore less tied-up capital as well as more space in production, shorter throughput times and traceability of goods, even with small batch sizes.
