Dassault Systèmes presents Solidworks 2020, the new version of its portfolio for 3D design and engineering.
It accelerates product development through optimizations and new features and workflows. Users can streamline workflows and expand their design-to-manufacturing ecosystem from desktop to cloud by connecting to the 3DExperience platform.
Among other things, Solidworks 2020 includes a new detailing mode and graphics acceleration for drawings. Flexible Components is a new feature that allows users to view the same part under different conditions in the same assembly. Improvements to Solidworks PDM, Solidworks Electrical Connector and a new Solidworks PCB Connector support electronics design and data management.
