High temperature sensors

Use at 160 degrees

Inductive proximity switches from the IGMH...GSP-L series are equipped by sensor specialist EGE exclusively with silicone-free materials. They are suitable for drying ovens or paint stores and other applications that require silicone-free materials in order to avoid paint wetting faults and thus coating defects.

The IGMH...GSP-L inductive proximity switches from EGE are silicone-free and suitable for continuous operation up to 160.

The housing of the compact high-temperature sensors is made of stainless steel 1.4571 and PEEK. The cable is made of FEP. Sensors in the IGMH...GSP-L series therefore achieve protection class IP68, are waterproof and can be used in continuous operation at ambient temperatures between minus 25 and plus 160 degrees Celsius. Models are available in M12, M18 and M30 designs with nominal switching distances of between two and 15 millimetres. Thanks to the integrated electronics, no downstream evaluation unit is required.

With the IGMH...GSP-D and IGMH...GSP-W series, sensors resistant to hot steam up to 140 degrees Celsius and sensors resistant to high-pressure cleaning up to 160 degrees Celsius are available. The IGEXH sensor is suitable for ATEX zone 0/20. as
