Modular dosing
The semi-automated filling and dosing system Smartdos from HNP contains a precise dosing pump. The micro annular gear pump (mzr pump) is controlled using the mzr-Touch Control graphical user interface.
The dosing quantity, dosing speed and dosing duration are entered and saved. Depending on the medium and the pump series and size, dosing volumes from 0.25 microliters are possible. An additionally connected hand or foot switch enables the start signal to be triggered by the operator, who thus sets the filling cycle. Other optional system components include filters, storage containers, shut-off elements and dosing needles. For media with high viscosities, the pumps are also equipped with gears. Typical media are oils, greases, silicones, waxes, adhesives, paints, solvents or additives in process engineering, the pharmaceutical and food industries, the cosmetics industry and mechanical engineering. as
