4k for precise inspection and measurement tasks

With the new Evo Cam Halo, Vision Engineering presents a digital 4K microscope that has been developed for precise inspection and measurement tasks. The system combines high image quality, intelligent software functions and advanced lighting in an ergonomic and user-friendly overall concept.

The Evo Cam Halo delivers brilliant 4K images that make even the finest details visible, enabling a safe and reliable assessment. Thanks to extended Super Wide Dynamic Range (HDR), the image quality remains consistently high even in difficult lighting conditions. The new lighting system - including a quadrant ring light, area lighting, as well as white and UV options - adapts flexibly to the requirements of a wide variety of surfaces and materials.

The integrated, intelligent hardware automatically recognizes the lens used and adjusts the magnification settings accordingly, ensuring a smooth workflow and reproducible results. The software offers powerful tools for image acquisition, measurement and analysis in real time, thus supporting well-founded and fast decisions in the inspection process. As usual with Vision Engineering, the proven 360° angle optics are also available for HALO, enabling structures to be viewed from different perspectives and features that are difficult to see to be reliably recognized.

Evo Cam Halo is designed for a wide range of professional applications. In medical technology, it enables the precise inspection of transparent or translucent tubes and electropolished components.
