Software for data protection
At Control, Consense will be presenting information and news on software solutions and services, including Consense GDPR for transparent data protection management and IMS Enterprise as a management system for international and multilingual use.
The Consense software for quality and integrated management systems is standard software that can be configured for company-specific requirements and individually supplemented with various modules such as action management, audit management or KPI management. IMS Enterprise can be used to set up a systematic, multilingual management system for complex, decentralized organizational structures.
The solutions offer a transparent structure, clear distribution of roles and rights as well as intuitive operation and enable the creation of a system that reflects the operational reality - and thus quickly gains the acceptance of its users, as the manufacturer explains. The Consense solutions meet different requirements: from QM systems in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 to the mapping of other standards and GxP-relevant systems. They are suitable for companies in all sectors and of all sizes - right up to international corporations.
Transparent implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation
Consense GDPR for transparent data protection management, introduced last year for the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation, has enjoyed high demand in a very short space of time. The software, as a stand-alone solution or in conjunction with quality management as an integrated management system, supports the development of a data protection management system that ensures reliable implementation of the regulation.
The electronic solution automates routine processes and ensures seamless documentation of all data protection-relevant processes and documents, including auditing.
