The SMM safety measurement module from Müller is TÜV-certified safety electronics for safe load, force and pressure measurements in accordance with SIL3 and Ple. In combination with the SCU-DR safety controller, the all-round safety package can be used for applications in accordance with SIL3 in almost all areas of industrial automation, for example for safe pressure measurements as well as for safe load measurements in ship and port logistics or in crane and lifting technology.
The complete solution as a safety-related measuring chain consists of a full sensor bridge, the SMM safety measuring module measuring amplifier available in three designs, the SCU-DR safety controller and the application-specific actuators.
