Lifecycle management and safe IO-Link communication
At SPS, Pilz will be presenting solutions that combine safety and security in production. The focus is on the digital Myzel Lifecycle Platform, a SaaS offering for the management of machinery and personnel over the entire lifecycle. The platform connects employees, machines and components with associated documents, guidelines and training. The dashboard can be used to identify any need for action, while workflows from safety validation to access authorizations facilitate implementation. Pilz will also be showing extensions to the IO-Link safety system, including the first certified IO-Link Safety Master and the PITgatebox IOLS control unit, which enable safe live data communication. The safety sensors PSENmgate and the access management system PITreader will also be presented.
